Are you in a relationship that has been negatively affected by alcoholism or problem drinking?

If so, we can help!  Relationship recovery coaching is a transformative experience that helps individuals, couples, and families communicate, reconnect, and reclaim their relationships after active alcoholism.  Although one or both partners/family members may work individually on their own recovery, we see the relationship itself as a separate entity that needs attention and healing after having suffered from the damage and chaos that alcoholism brings with it.

Let us support you through the structured program of Relationship Recovery Coaching.  In this four-stage program (four 3-month options) you will learn tips, strategies, methods, practices, skills, and solutions to common relationship issues such as communication, boundary setting, anger/resentment, button-pushing, assertiveness, codependence, and other behaviors (both helpful and unhelpful).  Contact us today for an assessment to determine your appropriate starting point and begin work.  Meet with us 2-3 times monthly (two 90-minute sessions or three 60-minute sessions) for support through the coaching program.

Why You Should Work With Us

Why work with us?  First and foremost, we’ve been in your shoes.  We each brought unhealthy thinking and behaviors to our relationship and we certainly tested the limits of what we were willing to accept from each other. Over the years and through multiple rounds of formal marriage counseling, participation in a recovery community, our clinical education, and clinical experience working with other alcoholics/addicts and their families/loved ones, we have gained a unique skill set and perspective to share with you.  You can find out more about Our Story and Our Mission by clicking here.

We know from personal experience that learning about each other’s perspectives on the dysfunction created by alcoholism is invaluable. With that in mind, we offer a rare and distinctive approach to relationship recovery coaching … you get us both! You’ll learn not only about yourself, your behaviors, and how alcoholism/problem drinking have affected your own life, but also have an opportunity to learn about your significant other’s (spouse, partner, child…) perspective.
